Omelette

Julie Child believed that you don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces - just good food from fresh ingredients. Taking inspiration from these words, tonight I prepared and excellent 3 egg omelette of sauteed onion and garlic, fresh Italian parsley, and a blend of parmigiana and mozzarella cheeses. It was flavorful, simple, and so filling.
